The CBF mourns the passing of past CBF President Thomas Z. Hayward, Jr. Tom served with distinction as CBF Board President in 2008 after previously serving as president of the Chicago Bar Association and in many other bar leadership roles. He was an exemplary leader in all that he did, and his lifelong dedication to improving our profession, justice system, and community was matched only by his even greater dedication to his remarkable family.
