The CBF is excited to welcome Tom Panoff, a Partner at Sheppard Mullin, as the CBF’s new Board President for the CBF’s FY 2026.
A longtime CBF leader, Tom has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and as an Officer since 2023. Deeply committed to pro bono and community service, Tom first became involved with the CBF earlier in his career as a member of the Young Professionals Board before joining the Board.
As Tom steps into this leadership role, we extend our sincere gratitude to Sang-yul Lee for his outstanding service as FY2025 Board President. His steady leadership and enthusiasm capped off many years of dedicated work advancing the CBF’s mission.
CBF Welcomes Distinguished Slate of New Board Members

In addition, the CBF welcomes two new officers: Greta Weathersby, Senior Corporate Counsel at WEC Energy Group is the new 2nd Vice President, and Ian Morrison, a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP is the new Board Secretary.
