A new record of 146 law firms, corporate legal departments and other law-related organizations already are participating in the 2014 Investing in Justice Campaign, which raises awareness and much-needed funds for pro bono and legal aid services in the Chicago area. Chaired this year by Patrick Fitzgerald, partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, the Campaign officially kicked off with an evening reception at Skadden on March 4th. The Campaign runs throughout the month of March, and new firms and companies are continuing to sign on.
