Real Time Strategic Planning for Pro Bono Programs

Who Should Attend:
Legal aid leaders responsible for strategic decision-making around pro bono programming (such as Pro Bono Directors and potentially Executive Directors), as well as other pro bono professionals seeking professional development opportunities in this area.

Why You Should Attend:
This program will support pro bono leaders to plan and make decisions in a chaotic, fast-changing environment.  Participants will gain practical tools to assess and enhance their programs, set clear priorities, and navigate complex challenges with greater clarity and confidence. 

Individuals who participate in the training may sign up for one 30-minute consultation within four months of the program. Each organization is limited to one consultation, but all participating staff members from that organization may attend.

• Examine current challenges in planning and decision-making in legal aid pro bono programs
• Learn about tools and approaches for effective program planning & real-time decision-making
• Develop individual decision-making skills as program leaders
• Practice applying to current programs and questions
