New JEP Client Referral Guide

The Justice Entrepreneurs Project (JEP) was formed to address the legal needs of low- and middle-income clients to help close the justice gap in our community. People who earn too much to qualify for legal aid but cannot afford standard law firm rates can be referred to the JEP for quality legal services that are accessible and affordable. Whether you are an attorney at a legal aid organization or a law firm, you can use this referral guide to help inform you and potential clients of the services available.

If you think a client would benefit from having a lawyer, and is capable and willing to pay for one, the JEP could be a good fit. The JEP offers fixed fees and flexible representation options in many areas of law, including: family law, landlord/tenant, consumer debt, small business, immigration, criminal, general civil litigation, and more.

Instead of having to turn away clients, or spending hours opposing pro se litigants who need assistance, you can help close the justice gap with this valuable referral resource.
