Nominating documents for the Exelon Outstanding Corporate Counsel Award:

1) Completed  nomination form

2) Narrative that addresses why the nominator believes the candidate would be a worthy recipient of this award

3) Candidate’s resume or biography

4) Any other relevant information about the nominee, such as articles or newspaper clippings

5) Maximum of three letters of support
